My Essentials
My Essentials—an insurance management platform—reached a stage where incremental updates could no longer keep pace with its growth. Their success created new demands for performance, scalability, and advanced features that exceeded the limits of the original system architecture. This growth became the catalyst for a full-system overhaul—a foundational rebuild to enable stability, flexibility, and innovation.
We partnered with the My Essentials team to architect a future-ready solution from the ground up. The initiative began with reimagining the back end to support dynamic content delivery, advanced integrations, and expanding user needs.
Naturally, the front end had to evolve in parallel. The interface redesign isn’t cosmetic—it’s a strategic, user-centered transformation that enables the capabilities of the rebuilt system while improving accessibility and engagement for HR teams and employees. New features such as dynamic push notifications, real-time chat, and streamlined document access are being developed to enhance employee engagement, while the administrative dashboard is being reimagined to provide HR teams with greater control and clarity.
This portfolio snapshot represents just one phase of an ongoing, large-scale transformation. New features and UI components are being released iteratively, with each update aligned to the overarching goal of building a platform that supports long-term growth and user success.

Our collaboration with My Essentials is part of a broader, strategic rebuild focused on future-proofing their platform. Recognizing that the interface must reflect the logic and power of the rebuilt architecture, we approached the design not as a facelift—but as a functional upgrade integral to the system’s evolution.
Working closely with My Essentials stakeholders, we facilitated user research, mapped critical workflows, and developed mobile-first designs that enhance communication and usability. The result is a scalable, accessible interface that not only supports current business needs but is also built to grow with them.
